Over 10 years ago, Swift Catering created this Servery Counter for one of our long-term customers. Recently, we were contacted with a request to redesign the counter while preserving as much of the original structure as possible. Working closely with our customer, we transformed the counter into the updated version you see below.
The new design features a straight counter with an added tray stack, which was custom-modified and welded on-site to meet the customer’s specifications. This project was a great example of reusing materials, reducing waste, and keeping costs down while achieving a functional result.
