Our customer who has a very busy kitchen with over 800 cover per day requested some onsite alterations to their dishwash area, they were looking to create a better work flow for their staff. The bin chute on the inlet tabling was the first thing to be addressed, the hole was filled in, welded and polished, then existing tabling was joined, welded and polished to create an L shape work space. Additionally, new hole was cut and the bin chute was re-positioned at the end of the tabling.
The outlet tabling was also extended, requiring the relocation of a wall mounted hand wash basin to accommodate the additional tabling, the basin was plumed into its new position, and additional tabling was welded to the existing to create a larger work space. These onsite alterations successfully enhanced the work flow for the staff without the need to replace the existing tabling.
