Servicing
Service has always been regarded as a most important aspect of our company policy. Our continuous training programs ensure that our engineers are prepared for all events during installations large or small and our after sales service is second to none as engineers are factory trained by the relevant commercial catering equipment manufacturers and are registered with the council of registered gas installers (CORGI). We offer a variety of maintenance programs with a fully planned maintenance scheme and breakdown cover tailor made to suit your requirements. This will ensure that all your catering equipment is kept at its optimum efficiency and fully operational during your busiest periods.
Level 1:
Our Preventative Maintenance Contract provides for a 1-off visit per annum, providing a full service on every item listed on the schedule. All items will be thoroughly checked and necessary adjustments made, all faults would be repaired or rectified.
Any parts required during the Preventative Maintenance visit would be chargeable at trade prices. Any callouts after this initial service will be charged at our standard rates: Callout charge plus per hour on site.
Level 2:
Specification as Level 1 with the exception of 2 visits per annum at six monthly intervals.
Level 3:
Our Total Labour Contract provides for 2 maintenance visits per year, providing a full service on every item listed on the schedule. All items are thoroughly checked & necessary adjustments made, all faults would be repaired or rectified. Total Labour also covers all Labour on breakdowns. Before Total Labour can be taken out all equipment will need to be inspected & brought up to a minimum standard for which a charge will be made.
Any piece of equipment which becomes damaged through negligence, misuse or abuse by the client or by any person or persons working on their behalf or under their instruction shall immediately become fully chargeable both parts & Labour at our standard rates.
Level 4:
Our Total Care provides for 2 maintenance visits per year providing a full service on every item listed on the schedule. All items are thoroughly checked & necessary adjustments made, all faults would be repaired or rectified. Total Care also covers all breakdown parts and Labour up to a total of £250.00 per repair. Before Total Care can be taken out all equipment needs to be inspected and bought up to a minimum standard for which a charge will be made.
