Our returns policy for catering equipment

*** PLEASE NOTE ~ RETURNS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED & REFUNDS ISSUED IF THE PROCEDURE BELOW HAS BEEN FOLLOWED ***

swiftcatering.co.uk wants every customer to be satisfied with their order so that they feel happy to shop with us again. If on this occasion you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receipt where upon receiving the goods in their original condition*, we will of course give you a full refund (not including the original postage costs to deliver the item to you or the return postage costs back to us) or we can exchange the item(s).

I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM(S) FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE
email websales@swiftcatering.co.uk your order number, full name, item details and what replacement you require.
Any exchange items that are received by us after the 14 day period WILL NOT be exchanged or refunded. We have to have stipulations in order to operate an efficient business operation. In this instance, we have no alternative but to send the goods back to you.

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR AN ITEM(S)
email websales@swiftcatering.co.uk your order number, full name, item details and why you wish to return the item(s) for a refund.

We will then email you a RETURNS FORM which you must enclose with your return parcel.

Any returns that are received by us after the 14 day period will not be refunded. We have to have stipulations in order to operate an efficient business operation. In this instance, we have no alternative but to send the goods back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS or INCORRECT ORDER ITEMS
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please e-mail websales@swiftcatering.co.uk quoting your order number, full name, details of the product and the reason why the item(s) is faulty or incorrect. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

swiftcatering.co.uk will NOT accept returns if:

• The goods are not in their ORIGINAL CONDITION
• If the item has been used

WHEN WILL I GET MY MONEY REFUNDED?
Please allow 3 working days (from receipt of your return) for us to process your returned item(s).

Upon receipt of your returned package, the contents will be thoroughly checked and if the item(s) is in the same condition as when it was sent out to you, a full refund will be issued to the SAME debit / credit card that you placed your order with. We will email you confirmation that your refund has been processed.

Please take note of the timescales required to process a refund with the banks / card issuer:

Following receipt of your confirmation email, please allow a further 5–10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account (most go through within 3-4 working days). This timeframe is out of the control of swiftcatering.co.uk, the timeframes are dictated by your bank or card issuer.

If there is any problem with the card (e.g. the card has since been lost/stolen or has expired), we will contact you to obtain the new card details.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
